DESIGN ETHOS

Design has been at the heart of the Mirvac since the company was founded in 1972 by Bob Hamilton, a real estate agent, and Henry Pollack, an architect. Mirvac Design, originally Henry Pollack & Associates, has operated as Mirvac’s in-house architectural practice from the beginning.

Our design ethos is centred on 4 design pillars, that guide us in creating vibrant places that contribute positively to life, the urban environment, and the economy, now and into the future.

Creating sustainable communities and providing a strong legacy for the future is what we love – from the smallest detail to the largest master plan, Mirvac Design considers the end user in every decision and it is this attention to detail which sets us apart. The ability to realise what we design is how we have honed our skills, and how we can push the boundaries.
