Diana’s many years as National Director of Marketing & Sales have given her a customer-centric focus so that her understanding of what people want in a home plays back into the design of each new project. She strongly believes that as people are more design-conscious the Mirvac Design team needs to be agile to meet higher expectations, and the reputation of being a design-led developer, is due to the talent of the people, taking a team approach which nurtures talent and rewards creativity.
